Judges guide

1. Judge entry

On the home page, choose "Judge" to reach the judge registration/login screen.
Sign in with your email and password. When registering for the first time, enter your name and email and set a password - you will use this email to sign in.

After that you can select the competition, apparatus and position.
Tablet Stations: open the connect page (or scan the manager’s QR), enter the pairing code once, your tablet stays bound to that station, apparatus and role.
For your convenience, relevant rulebooks are available for reference within the system.

Next you must wait for approval from the competition manager.
After you are approved you can enter and you will reach the judging dashboard (E/D).

In the D panel you select a level and see all gymnasts in that level.
Once you select a gymnast, she becomes "active" and you can enter her scores (D score, execution deductions and neutral deductions).
The system synchronizes with the E judges on the same apparatus and they will see the active gymnast defined by the D judge.
Only the D judge enters the starting score and the neutral deductions in the judging panel.
At the end of judging on an apparatus, the D judge must click "End judging on this apparatus" so the apparatus is released for other judges if needed.
If the competition uses Start List, the order of names is the rotation set by the manager for that apparatus, not random.

In the E panel you see the gymnast activated by the D judge and can enter her execution deductions.
After all judges on the apparatus have submitted their scores, the final score of the gymnast is displayed for the E judges as well.
