Competition manager guide

← Back to home

1. Logging in as competition manager

  • On the home page, click "Manager".
  • Log in with the username and password you received after the agreement was finalized.

2. Importing gymnasts from Loglig Excel files

  • Open "Competition Manager" to upload Excel files with gymnasts registered in Loglig.
  • Make sure you are on the correct competition (you only have access to your competition) and upload files for each level (you can upload multiple files at once).
  • If the files match the required format, they will be loaded successfully and you will see a success indication.
  • At the bottom, under "Imported levels", you can confirm that all levels participating in the competition are present.
  • National ID values from the import are stored encrypted in the database.

3. Managing and approving judges

  • In the "Judges" area you can see "Judge approvals for this competition", where you approve judges who register to judge this competition (the approval is valid for their account (email) for the whole competition across all levels).
  • At the top, under "Judges activity", you can see which judge judged which apparatus and level, to help you report each panel at the end of the competition.
  • The approved judges list is available in the judges management screen.

4. Viewing live results

  • In "View results" you can see live competition results by apparatus, all-around, and team for each level.
  • Team view includes all-around club totals and a per-apparatus team breakdown (where rules apply).
  • Every results page can be exported to Excel.

5. Overview and score control

  • You can see the full list of competitors in the competition and, for each one, who already has a score and who does not. This gives you a clear overview and helps you keep track of the competition.
  • As manager only, you can edit any score component (D score, execution deductions and neutral deductions) for any gymnast on any apparatus. Use this to correct mistakes or adjust scores when needed.

6. Exporting results for the federation

  • Before downloading the federation Excel, the competition manager and head judge must each save a handwritten signature on the results screen; after the first successful download, those signatures are locked.
  • In the "Export" tab you can, at the end of the competition, export an Excel file for reporting results to the gymnastics federation (the file matches the required format).
  • It is recommended to review the file, make sure everything looks correct, and delete gymnasts who did not compete.
  • In addition, you should manually fill in the second sheet with the judges panel for each apparatus.

7. Results link for coaches

  • At the end of the competition, in the results screen, create a "Public results link for coaches" and copy it. Share this link with coaches so they can view the competition results without logging in.

8. Start List (optional rotation)

  • In competition setup you can enable Start List: split competition days and subdivisions, and for each subdivision choose levels and clubs.
  • You can drag gymnasts to their positions under each apparatus to arrange the start order; saving is automatic.
  • You can reset the start order in a specific subdivision when needed.
  • Important: activate the current subdivision so judges work according to that subdivision start order.

9. Tablet Stations (optional)

  • When creating or using a competition in "Tablet Stations" mode, define stations on the floor and issue a connect code (and QR) for each apparatus and judge role.
  • Judges open the tablet connect page, enter the code once, the tablet stays bound to that station, apparatus and role for the rest of the competition.
